Updated: Shipping & Customs Rates to USA

We are pleased to announce that we have updated our shipping and customs rates to the US to simpler (and cheaper!) rates now that couriers have caught up with the changes.

Tax calculated at checkout

Tax is now calculated at checkout at a rate of 11%. This is 10% for the standard customs fee plus 1% for a fee from the courier.

Shipping is now Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP)

Shipping is simple now - no fees for you to pay once the item arrives in the US. We pay all the fees upfront to streamline the process.

Royal Mail and USPS

We ship via Royal Mail from the UK which is then handled by UPSP when it gets state-side. And all parcels are tracked for peace of mind.
