All items will be sent out withing 2 working days of the order being placed. Any changes in this will be communicated as soon as possible.

Orders to the UK are fulfilled by Royal Mail 24 Tracked as standard (free to buyer) and this should take 1 day to arrive. Your tracking code will be sent via email.

As standard, international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard (free to the buyer). Europe orders take 3-5 days and everywhere else takes 6-7 days. This option is untracked and please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery as global disruption can cause major delays. I would also recommend checking with your local customs office to see if the parcel is being held in case of any issues.

For peace of mind, I would recommend upgrading to Royal Mail Tracked! Tracked Europe orders take 3-5 days and everywhere else takes 5-7 days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check before ordering if imports from the UK will be due fees. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery but must be in the same condition that they arrived. The buyer is responsible for postage. Contact me to process a return.

Unfortunately, personalised items or bespoke requests cannot be returned.

In the case of items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer has the options to:

1. Repay for shipping with an updated address

2. Get a refund for the item minus the original cost of shipping

Both cases are only applicable once the item has been received back to me.

Lost Mail

If an item is taking longer than expected to arrive it will only be classed as lost according to the courier's policy. Only after this date has passed will refunds be considered.
